Houston Sales Advisors co-founder, Victor Ajpacaja, is a sales leader and business advisor with over 20 years of experience working with businesses across the Houston market. Throughout his career, Victor has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, strengthening leadership, and helping organizations convert effort into consistent, scalable results.

Victor’s background includes extensive experience in leadership and management roles, where he has been responsible for building, training, and mentoring sales professionals at various stages of their careers. His ability to identify strengths, constructively address weaknesses, and implement structured coaching has consistently led to improved team performance, steady improvement, and more tactical sales execution.

His previous roles have provided him with the unique ability to understand  common challenges associated with managing teams and the unintended discouragement often caused by the pressure of company initiatives and lack of perceived support. Through proven psychological techniques he’s changed the landscape of traditional training methods. His approach is rooted in simplicity, principles and preparation.
